Q. What area's do you cover?
A. We cover Olton, Solihull, Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Q. How soon can I walk on the carpet?
A. It may take upto 12 hours depending on air circulation through the house which could increase the drying progress.

Q. How long have you been an NCCA member?
A. I have been a NCCA member for 12 years.

Q. Do you move furniture?
A. Yes we can move furniture including beds, dressers, tables and heavy pieces of furniture if required.

Q. My carpet has bleached or faded spots, can you correct them?
A. Yes, subject to testing.

Q. Can you fix indentations from heavy furniture?
A. Depending on the length of time the heavy furniture has been on the carpet it will take the same amount of time to inprove on it.

Q. How often should a carpet be cleaned?
A. Ideally in the average home three times a year. i.e. should you have pets or children.

Q. Can you replace underlay if affected by staining heavy soiling?
A. We can supply and fit the underlay where the staining or heavy soiling has taken place by uplifting the carpet and removing the affected area. Then we would refit the carpet back.

Q. When I had my carpet cleaned ruckles apeared after, can you stretch them out?
A. Yes we can stretch ruckles out. Quite often the carpets that require stretching are tufted carpets and they will need tighting over time.

Q. Can you replace the old door strips with silver/gold?
A. Yes we do supply and fit new silver/gold door bars.

Q. Can you replace the old underlay and gripper if affected by flood damage?
A. We can supply and fit all makes of quality materials. We would then clean the carpet throughly or we can supply and replace the flooded carpet for a new flooring if necessary.
